Mô tả công việc
Support recruitment activities:
- Post/ share job information/ JDs on groups/ forums/ other sources
- Check and respond to messages on social channels of Recruitment team
- Screen CV and conduct phone interview as assigned
- Set up and host online interviews/demos as assigned
- Prepare and send offer letters as assigned
- Collect records, and documents to input the database
- Research; analyze and create suitable content on TED's Fan page
Process, policies, and regulation:
- Follow all working procedures, policies, rules, and regulations of TED
- Collaborate with team members in maintaining the TED operations to the right standard;
- Update and make necessary reports
Others:
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by TED Recruitment team.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Can communicate in English fluently
- Be able to use G-Suit and Microsoft Office
- Graphic design is an advantage
- 3 rd /4 th -year students. All majors are welcome.
- IELTS certificate(>6.0)/ EFset test result >=70 is an advantage
- Have a private laptop, mic, headphone, and camera.
- Operation System: at least MacOS: 10.9 /Windows: 10 Professional;
- Hardware: At least RAM >= 8 GB AND CPU has 4 cores OR 1.8 GHz
- Proactive; Highly responsible; Teamwork spirit; Flexible in work schedule.
