The Marketing Team Leader will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies to attract students to our IELTS test preparation programs. You will oversee all aspects of our marketing efforts, from online campaigns to local events. This is a results-oriented position for a motivated and experienced marketing team leader.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve student enrollment goals.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs.
Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including online advertising, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Manage and oversee the marketing budget.
Lead the team and assign tasks.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, media outlets, and other partners.
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Manage the development and distribution of marketing materials.
Organize and participate in marketing events and activities.
Working with Influencers/KOCs to promote our brand and courses including finding suitable Influencers/KOCs, negotiating, working on scripts, and evaluating the results.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in the Marketing field. Experience working in the Education field and event organization is a plus.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields is preferred.
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that generate leads and drive sales.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, etc.).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the education sector is a plus.
Experience promoting IELTS test preparation programs is a strong plus.
Proficiency in English is required.
