Plan, recruit, and develop a qualified workforce to align with the Company's business plan.
Explore effective recruitment channels, advertise, screen, interview, and recommend suitable candidates for user's departments by specified criteria.
Follow up recruitment procedures to ensure headcount approval according to HR policy.
Prepare management reports including headcount reports and advertisement cost analysis.
Improve industrial relations through the organization of employee activities and programs.
Search workforce market.
Work with a headhunter to ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Screen resumes.
Performe in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Administer appropriate company assessments.
Perform reference and background checks.
Make recommendations to HR managers and hiring managers.
Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers.
Follow up on the interview process status.
Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Communicate employer information and benefits during the screening process.
Stay current on the company's organizational structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
Serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
Complete timely reports on employment activity.
Conducte exit interviews on terminating employees.
Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

From 3 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment
Solid knowledge and experience in labor law, knowledge in build-up regulation, SOP, WI in assignment duty
Preferably experience in an international environment/organization
Know international standard (ISO)
Computer Skills in MS
Thời gian làm việc: from Monday to Saturday, Note: 2 Saturday off/ month.

From 3 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment
