Implement, take responsibility, inspect, and control all the jobs of junior recruiters.
Check the actual headcounts under production against the data of personnel to work out how many people need to be recruited daily.
Check the exact replacement code, refer to the data under production daily.
Check headcounts for internal transfer and internal skill test.
Organize forklift skill test.
+ Arrange the schedule and the number of participants.
+ Arrange the judgement board.
+ Directly participate in the judgement board.
Work with job introduction centers, suppliers, schools.
Support recruiting office staff and supervisors.
+ For office: Support finding potential candidates.
+ For supervisors and worker levels: Search candidates through websites: Joboko, [protected info] interview directly.
Get data and refer to data from competitors in the same field: salary, allowances, compensation policies for workers.
Working with the
purchasing department to make the best price deal of outsourcing.
Track the Manpower Requisition.
Interaction with suppliers daily to make recruitment requirements.
2. Report
Report the number of suppliers: the number of outsourcing workers who quit, still work, compare the no. of workers from suppliers who meet the labor requirements for the company.
Report KPI weekly.
Report the number of DL joiners and leavers.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business.
- At least 5 years of work experience in manufacturing sector.
- Understand the recruitment process and production process in the furniture industry.
- Fluent in English.
- Computer skill: Excel, Microsoft Office.
