Job Overview
This role acts as the central owner of Training & Development across the factory, driving capability building for all functions (Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.), while also managing end-to-end recruitment to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Development (Main Focus)
• Lead and manage all training activities across the factory
• Build and execute annual training plan aligned with business & production goals
• Partner with departments to identify skill gaps & capability needs
• Develop training programs for all levels (Operators → Managers)
• Manage training systems: onboarding, technical, soft skills, leadership
• Coordinate internal trainers & external vendors
• Track training records, skill matrix, and certifications
• Evaluate effectiveness & drive continuous improvement
• Foster a strong learning culture
2. Recruitment
• Manage full-cycle recruitment to meet manpower plans
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews
• Ensure strong candidate experience & employer branding
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 5+ years experience in Training/Recruitment, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong experience in factory training system management
• Good communication & stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, well-organized, and results-driven
• Good English
