Job Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber Regional Facilities Management Leader to spearhead our FM operations across Vietnam, Cambodia and Bangladesh.
This pivotal role is dedicated to the technical excellence of our manufacturing footprint, focusing exclusively on Hard Services (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural maintenance). You will lead the critical transition of site-level FM functions into a high-performing centralized regional model while acting as a strategic partner to our Factory General Managers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic FM Transition & Centralization
• Program Execution: Lead the end-to-end implementation of the FM transition program for sites moving from local oversight to a centralized regional function.
• Standardization: Establish and enforce unified maintenance standards, SOPs, and KPIs across all factories in the three-country perimeter.
• Change Management: Manage the organizational and cultural shift required to centralize technical functions without disrupting local production.
2. Technical Operations (Hard Services Excellence)
• Infrastructure Integrity: Take full ownership of Hard Services, including HVAC, power distribution, water treatment, fire life safety, and building fabric maintenance.
• Asset Management: Implement robust Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and Lifecycle Asset Management programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Technical Compliance: Ensure all sites adhere to international safety standards and local statutory regulations in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Bangladesh.
• Infrastructure Services (Boiler, WWTP, WTP, Air Compressor, Gas Supply Equipment, Nitrogen Containment): You will be support by Infrastructure Services
Project Manager in executing maintenance excellence of these services and carry out regular audit and rectification of findings.
3. Strategic Business Partnership
• GM Liaison: Act as the primary FM Business Partner to all Factory General Managers, ensuring facility strategies align with production goals and volume increases.
• Budgetary Control: Manage the regional FM CAPEX and OPEX budgets, providing transparent reporting and ROI analysis on major infrastructure investments.
4. Regional Team Leadership
• Large-Scale Management: Direct a regional FM workforce, managing onsite teams of 20-40 technical members per factory.
• Talent Development: Focus on upskilling local maintenance teams, identifying high-potential technical leads, and driving a culture of "Safety First."
5. Multi-Country Oversight
• Cross-Border Travel: Regularly visit sites across Vietnam, Cambodia, and Bangladesh to audit performance, oversee critical repairs, and mentor onsite leads.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage regional service contracts for specialized technical works.
