Mô tả công việc
This position holder is responsible to:
- Supervise and lead the regional field team to ensure all activities conform to company policies and producers and achieve the assigned targets.
- Direct superior: Marketing Manager and Head of Field Force
- Direct reports: Area Managers of South Vietnam
- Motivate, coach and train the regional field team to develop therapy knowledge to implement the product promotional plan.
- Assist in the implementation of strategies to promote the defined products according to campaign and company's policies.
- Analyse the pharmaceutical market including data for demographic and economic indicators changes to formulate regular estimates of the expected objectives.
- Identify the opportunities and implement the necessary activities.
- Ensure to have good communication with the regional field team and monitor and evaluate the performance of the team.
- Take part in recruitment of Medical Representatives
- Work with our distributor partners with both distributors manager's and representative team.
- Perform all reports related to position holder.
- Coordinate and supervise events and business trips of all Area Managers and Medical Representatives under them in the most efficient way, including car allocation.

Yêu cầu
- Graduated from Medical University or Pharmacist University
- Strong leadership and business management, minimum 3 years of experience of leading regional field team in pharmaceutical industry.
- High understanding of market environment and nature of Pharma & Medical market
- Ability to lead teams, set direction and deliver result with clear compliance mindset.
- Experience in organizing scientific events.
- Open for extensive travelling in South Vietnam
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Organizing and planning, strategic thinking, problem analysis and problem-solving
- Good computer skills- especially on MS Office software
