Purpose of the Position
This role will support contract drafting, review, and legal coordination across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam, aiming to standardize and streamline legal processes while reducing contract risks and external legal costs.

Job Description:
- Draft, review, and revise a wide range of commercial contracts across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
- Coordinate with external law firms on legal reviews, consultations, and negotiations.
- Maintain and continuously update standardized contract templates to reflect current business practices and mitigate legal risks.
- Support the unification and improvement of contract review processes across the APAC region.
- Identify potential legal risks in contracts and provide practical, risk-balanced recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct legal research and monitor relevant regulations in each country to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, procurement, operations) to align legal documents with business needs.
- Report key legal findings and propose solutions to regional and HQ management.
