Role Description: The Regional Marketing and International Students Recruitment Officer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with some flexibility to work from home.
The Regional Marketing and International Students Recruitment Officer is responsible for planning and implementing marketing and student recruitment activities to promote The Bright College's programs and strengthen its brand across international markets. The role includes conducting market research, managing social media and digital campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, participating in education fair -Webinar -Seminars, generating and following up student leads, and working closely with internal teams to achieve enrolment and conversion targets.
A key focus of the role is Education Agent engagement and management, including developing new agent relationships, maintaining regular contact with existing agents, promoting courses and upcoming intakes, coordinating agent visits and meetings, and supporting agents throughout the student recruitment process.
The Marketing
Officer will monitor agent and campaign performance, follow up active and inactive agents, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and provide regular reports on leads, applications, conversions, enrolments and overall marketing performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications for the Role
Demonstrated experience in marketing, student recruitment and sales, with the ability to generate leads and support conversion into enrolments.
Strong market research and analytical skills, including competitor analysis, market trends and campaign performance reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Hands-on experience in digital and social media marketing, including content creation, campaign management, scheduling and performance monitoring.
Strong ability to engage, develop and manage Education Agent relationships, including agent recruitment, regular follow-up, course promotion and performance monitoring.
Experience within the international education, VET, RTO or CRICOS sector is highly regarded.
Proficiency in CRM systems, social media platforms,
digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office or equivalent applications.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities and recruitment targets.
A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline is preferred.
