1. Product Preparation & Market Implementation Support
Support regional and country teams in preparing product launch and implementation materials for triSure and SPOT-MAS Eva product lines.
Coordinate with local country teams to understand market needs, clinical workflows, customer feedback, and implementation challenges.
Assist in adapting regional product materials into country-ready assets while ensuring scientific accuracy and brand consistency.
Support preparation of product training materials, product guides, FAQs, sales tools, objection-handling documents, and customer-facing presentations.
Help monitor country readiness for product deployment, including product knowledge, communication materials, and implementation requirements.
2. Product Communication & Guideline Deployment
Act as a key coordination point from headquarters to ensure product messages, positioning, and implementation guidelines are clearly communicated to all markets.
Support development and deployment of standardized product messaging for triSure and gynecology cancer screening portfolios.
Ensure country teams are aligned with headquarters guidance on product claims, clinical value proposition, intended use, testing workflow, and key communication points.
Maintain organized records of product materials, version control, and updates to ensure teams are using the latest approved documents.
3. Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with Regional Medical, Medical Affairs, R&D, Laboratory, Regulatory, International
Business Development, and country commercial teams to prepare accurate and practical product content.
Coordinate internal inputs for technical documents, product brochures, training decks, scientific content, and implementation guidelines.
Translate complex scientific and technical information into clear, structured, and commercially useful materials for country teams and external stakeholders.
4. Product Positioning & Message Development
Support the development of differentiated product positioning for triSure and SPOT-MAS Eva across regional markets.
Help analyze customer needs, competitor offerings, market trends, and clinical practices in prenatal screening and gynecology cancer screening.
Assist in refining product value propositions for different stakeholder groups, including clinicians, hospitals, laboratories, distributors, and patients.
Contribute to message testing, product storytelling, and communication frameworks for regional campaigns and launches.
