Position Summary:
As a Reliability Engineer at MOLEX, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our high-tech products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reliability testing protocols and methodologies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our new factory and help shape the future of our innovative product lines.
Job Description:
- Lead for making most standard compliant, widest covered, time & cost saved, customer application suitable reliability qualification plan to fully support new product development and product technical improvement.
- Finish qualification test and report standardly/completely/timely for reliability assurance, customer satisfaction, market capturing/competitiveness.
- Lead for whole-process management for product reliability: reliability design review, drive on problem solution, share the failure lesson learned to the most widely for more values created.
- Statistic, estimate and review product reliability, initiate improving project and follow up problem solution based on product reliability information.
- Coordinate to evaluate/plan/prepare human/equipment/jig/Outsourced lab [protected info] advance to smooth and expedite test plan execution.
- Built and optimize ongoing reliability monitoring procedure for mass production, and continuously manage and improve product reliability.

Qualifications
Education:
Required: Bachelor or above in science and engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience with a Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 5 years' working experience of optical communications fields such as reliability or design engineering.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of optical communications product processes, reliability engineering and sampling plan.
- Demonstrated ability to assess reliability experiment, build and implement test plan.
- Good data analysis capability, such as data collect, integrate, classification, analysis, summary, etc.
- Good written skills for expression of assessment or reliability report in a clear, accurate and concise manner.
- High degree of organizational skills as juggling multiple projects and managing them to specific timelines is expected.
- Good interpersonal skills to achieve success in product reliability qualification.
- Able to communicate effectively both in writing, one on one verbal, and group meetings.
- Good listening and verbal communication skills in Chinese, with basic English skills.
