We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong technical background and excellent English communication skills to manage software development projects and work closely with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage software development projects from planning to delivery, including scope, timeline, resources, risks, and quality.
Manage and deliver project-based software development projects, with hands-on experience working in project-based environments and managing projects with defined scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, BA, and Tech Leads.
Communicate and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders across Europe, Australia, and the US.
Support pre-sales activities, including requirement gathering, solution discussions, effort estimation, and proposal preparation.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful project delivery.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
Provide regular project updates and ensure alignment between clients and internal teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
5 years of overall IT experience, including at least 2 years of Project Management experience.
Strong technical background, preferably with experience in backend development.
Proven experience working with international clients, particularly in the European, Australian, and US markets.
Fluent English communication skills, equivalent to IELTS 6.5 .
Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Experience or ability to support pre-sales activities.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Nice to have
Previous experience as a
Backend Developer, Tech Lead, or
Software Engineer.
Hands-on experience with pre-sales, proposal preparation, and effort estimation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience with software outsourcing or working with international clients.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master.
