2. Job Description
2.1 Responsibilities As a Senior AI Engineer at NSC, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, with fixed working hours from 3PM to 11PM
Vietnam time.
We are looking for a full-time AI Engineer (Python) to join our delivery team remotely. You will work on several client projects at the same time, mostly custom full-stack AI applications, plus implementations of our agentic AI workspace for client teams
2.2 Main responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications using Python and LangGraph (about 70-80% of your time).
Develop frontend features in React as part of full-stack AI applications.
Set up and customize our agentic AI workspace for client teams, including inbox handling, workflow automations, and team agents (about 20-30% of your time).
Deploy and run applications on the client's Azure environment using Azure Container Apps and Azure AI Foundry.
Work from user stories, using Git, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines.
Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode) daily to speed up development.
Work with tech leads and teammates on multiple projects, and keep them updated on progress..
3. Job Requirements
3.1 Skills & Qualifications
Solid experience building AI/LLM applications in
Python
, ideally with an agent framework such as
LangGraph
.
Experience with full-stack development (React is a plus).
Hands-on experience with
Azure and containerised deployments.
Good engineering practice: Git, pull requests, CI/CD.
Comfortable using AI coding tools in daily work.
Strong English communication, with the ability to work autonomously in an international team.
Able to work hours overlapping with CET (Central European Time).
3.2 Nice to Have
Experience with Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Studio.
Experience with the Microsoft Agent SDK or Copilot Studio.
Experience with RAG, agent workflows, or document and process automation.
