Reporting to: Manager/ Supervisor
What You Do
Undertake tasks related to professional expertise:
System monitoring: Monitor the operating status of equipment and systems to ensure they are operating properly.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the operating status of the system and any incidents that have occurred.
Documentation updating: Ensure that instructions and procedures are fully updated and accurate.
Improvement recommendations: Make recommendations to improve work processes and system performance.
Submit weekly/monthly/quarterly work reports.
Manage documents, create forms and procedures for the department according to company regulations.
Perform other tasks as required by the direct manager WHAT WE REQUIRE
Graduated from college or higher in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical ... or related fields
Priority is given to candidates with experience in monitoring systems, software for building engineering, shopping malls ...
Basic English, reading and understanding documents.
Good MS Office skills
