Join a night-shift team supporting an international enterprise client, owning infrastructure reliability and
developer environment support with high autonomy and minimal real-time supervision
Infrastructure & Microservices Support:
Manage and operate microservices infrastructure on Kubernetes (EKS/kubectl) with AWS Service Mesh, supporting distributed gRPC services
Maintain and support local development environments for the engineering team (Telepresence, Podman/Docker, LocalStack)
Incident Response & Monitoring:
Handle infrastructure alerts during off-hours (CloudWatch alarms, pod crashes, gRPC network congestion, RDS high CPU/memory)
Triage and resolve production incidents independently, escalating only when necessary
CI/CD & Delivery:
Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment automation
Enforce infrastructure-as-code practices and ensure consistency across environments
High-Autonomy Asynchronous Execution:
Proactively unblock infrastructure and deployment issues without real-time daytime supervision Conduct structured, transparent daily handover reports with daytime technical leads
Client Collaboration:
Act as the direct infrastructure/DevOps touchpoint for international client stakeholders during their daytime hours
Report incident status, root-cause analysis, and remediation plans in clear English
