Mô tả công việc

  • Handle day-to-day client enquiries (orders/bookings receipt & quotation) to ensure coordination activities are aligned with requirements according to Company and clients' procedures
  • Be front line contact for all communications between Clients, Vendor/ Factory and other offices
  • Review client's specification, and clarify the requirements with clients / other offices
  • Mastering all TUV SUD and Clients' Procedures, Guidelines, Instructions, Protocols, ect. to ensure that they are fully understood
  • Daily reviewing inspection reports for both Hardline and Softline to ensure reports sent out are free of mistakes
  • Input and update data in Tracking System
  • File and retain all documents utilized during an inspection and control documents accordingly in hard and soft copies
  • Control approved / inspector samples and inspection equipment
  • Follow the other works assigned by Inspection Manager

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor's Degree in Garments, Textile, Mechanical Engineering, or Forestry & Agricultural sectors
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, ideally in industries related to consumer products, quality control, or product testing
  • Knowledge of consumer products, Standard AQL 2859-1 and relevant industries, ISO 9000 and national / international standards will be an added advantage
  • English communication with B level or equivalent
  • Result and service-oriented individual with initiative and good communication skills
  • A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines advantageous
