Research And Development Specialist (R&D Specialist)

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in related fields
Have at least 2 years working as Technician
Understand and know the process of product development.
Good skills on using design software: Solid works or Inventor. Knowing photoshop is a plus.
Good understanding of reality in manufacturing for Wood, Steel or Plastic
Fluent English, Chinese is a plus.
Proactive, Well-organize, ability to go into details
Strong in communication both verbal and writing, listening and explaining. Strong collaboration skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet established timelines & high demanding levels.
High adaptability, able to switch quickly to new projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
