ROLE OVERVIEW
As a
Research Associate - B2B Survey Team
, you own the most critical step of every survey project: finding, qualifying, and activating the right respondents. Each project comes with a precise target and quota, and you turn that brief into completed, quality-checked responses on deadline.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review survey briefs and define target respondent profiles based on industry, company, function, seniority, and experience.
Source and engage qualified respondents through Arches' database, LinkedIn, local platforms, and professional networks.
Screen and verify respondents against project requirements and compliance standards.
Track survey quotas, follow up with respondents, and drive completion within project timelines.
Maintain relationships with respondents and arrange follow-up interviews when requested by clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
Background
1-3 years of experience in expert networks, consulting, market research, or any other related fields.
Language: Korean (Native) and English (Advanced)
Able to communicate confidently with a diverse network of experts across APAC.
Additional language skills are a plus!
