JOB PROFILE: RESEARCH EXECUTIVE

We are recruiting one Market Research Analyst Executive and Intern to support our growth in Vietnam!
PURPOSE
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Market Research Analyst and a Market Research/Analysis Intern for the customer's behavior, habits & attitudes research and in-depth analysis of the collected data (deep dive insight) in the form of graphs, charts, diagrams, tables and reports in order to give insights to support the Client's market development strategy.
RESPONSIBILITY
Ø Supervised by 1 Senior Executive or Associate Research Manager or Research Manager.
Ø Work independently on different types of projects, different methodologies.
Ø Coordinate market research projects from project commissioning to presentation of results.
Ø Support implementing in-depth interviews with customers
Ø Developing research reports (For example: Product development, customer needs, market's context, ...)
Ø Create and conduct customer surveys
Ø Analyze information and data related to the customer, competitor and market's context.
Ø Work with market research service providers to collect data for research and reporting.
Ø Promote teamwork & build a positive internal relationship.
Ø Interact effectively with Operation team.
Ø Positively receive feedback from clients.
Ø Learn and master the fundamentals of market research.
Ø Start managing client relationship and expectations and you will aim to answer their business objectives.
Ø Build a positive internal relationship.
QUALIFICATIONS
Background:
Ø Knowledge of statistical methods and Experiences in using statistical tools such as Excel, SPSS,...
Ø Computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel mainly).
Ø Knowledge of basic statistics is an advantage.
Ø Experiences in doing market research with official staff
Ø The ability to code questionnaires on Survey To Go is an advantage
Soft skills:
Ø Having good analytical and critical thinking
Ø Able to work effectively in a team and independently.
Ø Very good time management skills.
Personality:
Ø Detail-oriented
Ø Proactive / Self-motivated
Ø Meticulousness and loves working with numbers
Ø Curious
Education:
Ø Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Business, Social Science, Statistics or related studies.
Note: For Intern: No experience is required
Salary:
Ø Full time Market Research Analyst: 7.000.000 VNĐ - 15.000.000 VNĐ
Ø Market Research and Analysis Intern: Negotiable Salary
