Your role: As a Sales Associate specializing in residential projects at our company, you will be at the forefront of cultivating and expanding our customer base in the residential sector. Your focus will be on engaging with lighting designers, interior designers, architects, homeowners, all with a vested interest in enhancing residential spaces. Your mission is to introduce and integrate our innovative lighting solutions into their residential projects, guiding them from the initial budgeting and proposal stages to the final negotiation of prices and timelines. Your aim is to ensure that each residential space we touch is not only illuminated but also transformed, reflecting the core values and objectives of our brand.
What You'll Do:
→ Build & Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with a diverse clientele, including lighting designers, interior designers, architects, homeowners, real estate investors, project managers, and contractors.
→ Project Management: Oversee projects from initial budget confirmation to quotation, adeptly negotiating pricing and timelines to meet both client expectations and company goals.
→ Collaboration: Work hand in hand with various stakeholders and back-of-house teams, ensuring every project is a testament to our commitment to excellence.
→ Proactive Customer Service: Anticipate and address customer inquiries with speed and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
