RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR - KUWAIT |

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations
Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Floor Supervisor, Senior Waiter, or similar role
Experience in reputed, premium, fine-dining, or high-volume restaurants preferred
Strong knowledge of restaurant service and daily operations
Excellent English communication skills
Strong team coordination and leadership abilities
Good customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good physical fitness and professional presentation
Minimum height: 5'4"
Young, energetic, and willing to learn
Age 21-30 years preferred
up to 35+ for experienced candidates
Gulf experience preferred
