Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Marketing & Partnership Supervisor Assistant to manage and execute in-store marketing & offline advertising initiatives. This role will also support building and maintaining relationships with mall partners to increase brand visibility and drive business results. This position reports directly to the Marketing Senior Supervisor/ Marketing Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. In-Store Marketing
• Support developing & implementing local store marketing (LSM) activities aligned with overall campaign direction.
• Coordinate production and delivery of in-store materials (POSM, signage, banners, voucher...) ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Execution of in-store monthly visibility update, activations and events to drive traffic and sales.
• Work closely with store teams to ensure smooth rollout and resolve operational issues.
2. Out-of-Store (OOS) Advertising
• Support planning and execution of OOS advertising campaigns across channels such as malls, transit, billboards, banners, and other external media.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timeline, production quality, and installation are properly managed.
• Monitor campaign progress and support in performance tracking, documentation, and reporting.
3. Mall Relations & Collaborations
• Act as a supporting contact point for mall marketing teams in daily communications and coordination.
• Assist in managing in-mall advertising bookings, visibility placements, and campaign execution.
• Support preparation and follow-up of joint campaigns or promotional activities with malls.
• Maintain proper documentation and tracking of all mall-related activities.
4. Sales-Driven Partnerships
• Support in coordinating potential partnerships or collaborations with external brands/businesses.
• Assist in execution, tracking, and reporting of partnership campaigns at the stores.
• Follow up on deliverables, timelines, and internal alignment to ensure smooth implementation.
5. Other Responsibilities
• Contribute to departmental strategy planning and execution.
• Handle other related paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Support other marketing initiatives as assigned by Marketing Senior Supervisor/ Marketing Senior Manager.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in retail marketing, partnership management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with a hands-on approach.
• Basic design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) for adaptation and resizing are an advantage.
• Ability to support simple art direction (e.g. visual alignment, layout feedback, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines).
• Understanding of offline media, retail environments, and brand activation.
• Creative mindset with commercial awareness and attention to executional detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
