Support hotel's yield efforts, via analysis and reporting that ensure that all segments and distribution channels are mined for revenue opportunities based on budget, forecast, pace and market demand.
Maximize revenue potential and ensure proactive and accurate maintenance and management of all systems and not limited to: Opera/PMS/Booking Engines/Channel Manager/Ideas, and OTA's
Prepares short and long-term forecasts.
Compiles and communicates all documents, reports and presentation for required ownership, hotel and leadership reporting (daily, monthly, quarterly) and Annual Budget discussions.
To prepare data analysis and reporting
To assist in daily inventory management and rate loading.
To assist in the preparation of all required reports for the overall revenue management function of the hotel.
To assist in providing the hotel team with external market intelligence.
Responsible for the analysis of revenue, profit, and demand associated with the participating hotels' rooms, casino and resort yield
Assist for preparation of forecasts (budgets and projections) and critiques of sales strategy effectiveness
Ensures that all rates, packages, eChannel and hotel sales strategy information is built in the hotel's inventory systems.
