Mô tả công việc

I. Responsibility.
Rotating supervisor is responsible to maintenance activity on rotation equipment and supervise progress, quality of work as following detail:
1. Direct supervise maintenance activities at site to ensure compliance with approved method statements
2. Check and monitor the quality of execution for preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) tasks then issued any deviation
3. Coordinate with the client's supervisor and co-workers to ensure materials are available on-site before starting work.
4. Manage the return of unused or replaced materials to the warehouse.
5. Perform PM tasks according to the approved schedule from the client.
6. Evaluate rotating equipment for any abnormalities and deficiencies.
7. Provide repair or upgrade recommendations as needed.
8. Provide clear instructions to team members regarding work steps and methods for each specific task.
9. Participate in investigating incidents related to rotating equipment.
10. Make recommendations and report findings to leadership for repair or resolution.
11. Prepare resources for detailed tasks included PTW, documents manpower's, tools, equipment.
12. Others task assigned by leader.

Yêu cầu công việc

II. Requirements:
1. University degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, Petrochemical, or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or thermal power plants such Pumps, Turbines, Compressors, Blowers, Extruders, Air Fan Coolers, Conveyors, and Granulators.
3. Experience in overhauling and repairing rotating equipment in petrochemical plants, power plants, or oil & gas facilities.
4. Proficiency in assembly, dismantling, aligning, centering, and run testing for rotating equipment.
5. Familiarity with lube oil, sealing oil types, and seal pot systems.
6. Expertise in overhauling mechanical seals, gland packing, bearings, belts, gearboxes, and speed changers/reducers.
7. Effective communication in English (both speaking and writing) with coworkers, client supervisors, and vendors, TOEIC 500 or equivalent.
8. Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook and familiarity with Maximo.
9. Competence in troubleshooting and investigation for rotating equipment.
10. Knowledge of engineering practices and international standards/codes (e.g., API 610).
11. Ability to prepare PTW (Permit to Work), conduct risk assessments, and create method statements.
