- Report directly to the Deputy Safety Manager who is designated to oversee the safety functional area that the Safety Executive or under his/her management;
- Maintain the Company database of Safety Reports received and their follow up;
- Follow up agreed corrective actions after safety occurrences and investigation with the concerned departments;
- Participate in the management and development of the Company Safety Reporting system;
- Produce written safety reports to the Company's management and regulatory authorities;
- Conduct staff safety training when approved and qualified;
- Produce safety recommendations and alerts following guidance or requests from the Safety management;
- Register and keep track of all LOSA audits;
- Manage and oversee the safety records according to the requirements of the SMSM.
- Participate to conduct Safety and Quality audits as annual plan approved by the Director of SQA.
- Report to the Safety Deputy Manager in charge of Technical Operations;
- Monitor flight data for any SOP exceedances, passing on findings in a timely manner to the company FDAP team for further analysis
- Support the analysis and de-identification;
- Review and analyze FDAP information and identify trends and areas of risk. From this analysis, in conclusion with applicable Flight Operations representatives, develop action plans to mitigate/reverse negative trends
- Support the Safety manager, and deputy safety manager to ensure adequate and optimal FDAP (flight data analysis program), OSR (operational safety report), and OTR (Technical occurrence reporting) follow-ups
- Support the investigation of safety-related accidents.
- Other duties as assigned by the Deputy Safety Manager in charge.
