* Manage all safety activities in the company:
- Create, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and plans to minimize risks and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Identify, evaluate, and control workplace hazards through regular inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments
- Performs field safety audits to ensure compliance with all OSH, company safety rules and regulations
- Plan, develop and implement training programs to educate employees, supervisors, and managers on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and compliance as required by law
- Investigate accidents, injuries, and illnesses to determine their causes and recommend preventative actions to avoid recurrence
- Foster and promote a strong safety culture within the workplace, encouraging employees to follow safety guidelines and identify potential hazards
- Develop and coordinate with departments to conduct ISO 45001:2018 internal/external audit
- Perform statistics and reports related to OSH issues
- Other tasks assigned by GM
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in HSE, OSH, Engineering or related field preferred
- Have suitable safety certificates
- Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence and educate staff
- Good at English, computing
- Other matters shall be discussed during the interview.
