Mô tả công việc
Location: Jewelry Service Center, 3rdFloor, 35 Dong Khoi
Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC
Time working: Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 6:00 pm & Saturdays 9:00 am to 12 Noon
Main duties:
1. Receive the damaged jewelry from boutique and coordinate related parties, including CS, technicians, boutique, etc. for repairing solutions.
2. Working closely with jewelry technicians and management levels for appropriate solutions to customer's demands.
3. Be responsible for answering and information receiving from incoming calls, requests and products return.
4. Follow and update weekly jewelry maintenance statics, be mainly responsible for jewelry inventory.
5. Coordinate with other departments for ensure the repair process of watches and jewellery.
6. Prepare the weekly and monthly reports.
7 Work closely with both foreign and domestic partners to ensure the business operation.
8. Be responsible for monthly operation (ex. stationery, drink water, operation bills,...).
9. Work closely with accounting dept for as a sales accountant, doing VAT invoice issuance, daily cash/bank statement, manage AR & inventory list daily/weekly/monthly as requires.
10. Be responsible for issuing VAT invoices, cash collection and banking and other accounting tasks.
11. Record, take notes for daily expenses and do monthly expense report.
12. Follow and check attendance/leaves of branch employees according to shift schedules
13. Follow and check OT, Incentive, Payroll for monthly sending report to HR Dept.
14. Other tasks assigned by the management/ CA.

Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements:
-Graduated fromCollege/University
-Having at least 01 year of Accounting experience
-Having good attitude to learn new skillsand ability for quick adaptation.
-Able to work solely, having good communication for working with other departments
-Proficiency in MS Offices Skills
-Fluent English is a must

-Indicative salary US$400 - 450per month, negotiable upon ability
