What are we looking for
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Experience in accounting and cash management, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
Where we are going to
Sales Accounting
- Carry out tasks related to issuing sales invoices
- Record and journalize issued invoices accurately and promptly into the accounting software
- Coordinate with the Sales Department to urge the collection and handle customer debts
- Generate daily sales reports and verify sales revenue receipts
Treasury Management
- Perform daily cash payments
- Verify the legality and legitimacy of documents before disbursing funds from the treasury
- Take responsibility for managing all cash in the assigned safe
- Record and journalize cash payments into the accounting software
- Reconcile company supplier accounts payable at the end of the month and prepare payment requests
