POSITION: SALES ADMIN CUM COORDINATOR
COMPANY OVERVIEW:
• Pacific Top is a foreigner invested trading company in Vietnam
• Provide Hotel supplies items to International and local hotels client
• Supply restaurant supplies to mid to high end of restaurant in different provinces.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To enhance existing sales channels and develop good relationships with customers.
• Responsible for client services, sales support and coordination of order.
• Assist in logistics management for import cargo and delivery to customer location.
• Follow up on payment with customer.
• Administration work .
• Require domestic business travel if necessary.
Yêu cầu
JOB REQUIREMENT:
• At least a Diploma in Business Administration or related field with at least 1 year of experience. Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
• Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to cope with the fast-paced working environment
• Proficient to use Microsoft products (e.g. Excel, Words, etc.)
• Responsible and positive attitude
• Able to travel in domestic province for delivery when required
• Proficient in the English both written and verbal communication skills
