Consulting service; solutions for transfer & forwarding, quotation, negotiation, signing service contracts with customers. Making the quotation and following them inquiries.
Make a plan to develop customers, revenue and report; seeking the market demand for logistics services.
Developing potential customers.Handle customer inquiries from all communication channels, managing new customer appointments.
Coordinate with departments in the company to monitor and update the status of goods and information to customers on a regular and timely basis; take care of after-sales, coordinate with other departments of the company to solve customer 's requires, complaints and suggestions if any.
Co-ordinate with accounting team for tracking status of contract.
Make bi-weekly/monthly/annual work reports and sales pipeline;
Prepare quotations, contracts, purchase orders and other documents assigned by Sales Department; Keep & archive all documents of each project/customer in order.
Follow up with legal and account departments for necessary documentation/permits, etc.
Follow status and prepare document related to commercial department to make sure in line with timeline.
Working with supplier/ Logistic & transportation company (if any).
Other jobs as required and assigned by Sales Manager and BOD.
