Mô tả công việc
- Establish and maintain an accurate filing system.
- Co-ordinate day to day operations with the respected sales persons with respective job tasks
- Assist in the preparation of all proposals, contracts and related correspondence and other administration tasks relating to the sales function.
- Assist in updating all database and Sales systems such as: IDS/ SMILES according to Company Standards and as per direction.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales call, entertainment, sales trips and the completion of order forms for flowers, cookies, wines, greeting cards or as directed.
- Assist in conducting site inspections for clients or meeting with client on behalf of the Sales person when directed or when the Sales person is not in the office.
- Willing to take additional duties and work assignment by the Department Head and Resort Management
- Coordinate with internal departments on Special arrangements for groups, in particular Reservations, Front Office, F&B and Finance.
- Assist to complete and issue group instructions as required.
- Assist in translating sales documents as required.
- Assist in hosting Resort events.
- Civilized, friendly and professional working environment.
- Working time: 44 hours/week
- Fully enjoy social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance according to current labor law.

- The level of benefits is gradually reduced for special events: Birthdays, Tet Bonus, Mid-Autumn Festival, Children's Day, personal events...

Yêu cầu
- College graduate and above, preferably with major in Hospitality management
- Good English communication skills
- Excellent customer relations
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Points) software
