Cubes Asia is the leading importer and distributor of coffee machines and related equipment in Vietnam.

To strengthen and reinforce our Sales Admin team by adding an inspired individual, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Order processing and support of Sales team for sales docs (quotation, contract, purchase order, shipping docs, payment docs).
- Cooperate with other departments, ensure order processed accurately and comply to company policies (such as discount, quantities, prices, etc.)
- Control and develop BMS (CRM) system including recording data, creating / adjusting function; optimizing for faster usage; updating report templates, document templates as GOM's requirement.
- In charge of creating / adjusting company's policies and schemes as requested by GOM/GD.
- In charge of creating / adjusting sales contract template and checking contract(s) if abnormal case(s) happen.
- Update information related to orders on BMS (CRM) system (customer's info, payment...)
- File all documents relating sales
- Tracking Loan machines on BMS (CRM) system.
- Extract data from system to make assigned regular reports. Prepare and develop monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sales reports providing essential information about market situation and the competitor movement as well as distribution channel analysis. Other reports if required.
- Dealer management including new sales scheme, sales policies, promotions, ...
- Other related tasks if required by GOM/GD.
Yêu cầu
- Young & dynamic, good communication in English
- At least 1 year of experience in related field
- Experience in trading company is strongly preferred
- Strong ability to work with numbers, reports, and data accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, reporting, and basic analysis)
- Team work capabilities
- Willingness to learn
