Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, including contracts and technical documents.
Prepare all documents related to building registration, deposits, worker registration and follow up with site supervisors if any incidence on site
Follow up with client on payments claim and additional requests (Project variation orders)
Align with design and purchase department to ensure requests of client are executed timely.
Prepare weekly fit out progress reports and send to client.
Follow up with fit out progress and schedule for each project.
Prepare documentation to handover projects to client and follow up with snag list reports and execution.

Qualifications:
Education: University degree or similar.
Experience: 01 to 03 years of experience in admin works client oriented.
Fluent in Microsoft Projects & AutoCAD
English is a plus
