Mô tả công việc
To expand our business, we are looking for a qualified candidate with following details:
Support sales team of company and also related teams like staffs in overseas and also staff in accounting section in Kanematsu Vietnam by taking care of contracts, checking and opening L/Cs, shipping documents, cargo delivery, and payments especially after contract till money collection;
Maintains good relationship with both of clients as shipper and buyer by providing shipping advices, guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Improve productivity of job workload for all sales by installing IT system and/or same format for every team to control contracts/shipment/payment status etc ...
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
Perform other relevant tasks time to time assigned by the General Director

Age around 25 years old
Male or Female
College/University degree
At least 1 year-experience of Import and/or Export documents (Logistics/Trading/Manufacturing company)
Good in English both oral and written.
Good communications & negotiations.
Logical thinking.
Good ability in reporting and explaining.
Intention to work for long time (many years).
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
CV should be English with face picture.
If you have any achievement of excellent results in sports, art, music, volunteer etc, please share in detail with certificate or evidence of result.
