Communicate with customers to provide product details, pricing, and support for inquiries.
Arrange sample reviews with customers.
Follow up on orders and samples, ensuring timely processing, production, and delivery.
Coordinate with related departments (including Production, Product Development, HR, etc.) to ensure customer requirements are met.
Arrange final inspections between customers and the internal team to meet quality standards before shipment.
Handle compliance documents, ensuring all necessary certifications and paperwork are in place.
Review and submit carton layouts and AI labels for customer approval.
Manage after-sales support, including handling customer complaints and coordinating solutions.
Assist in organizing trade shows, showroom visits, and client meetings.
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Goof communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good in English
Experience in handling overseas customers and/or upholstered furniture is an advantage.
