· Support the sales team in preparing sales documents such as quotations, contracts, tender documents, etc.
· Receive, process and track orders from start to completion.
· Update and manage customer data, sales data on the system.
· Coordinate with other departments (Accounting, Logistics, Engineering) to ensure smooth delivery and payment process.
· Answer customer inquiries about products, services and sales policies.
· Prepare periodic reports on sales, order status and other business activities.

Graduated from College or higher majors
Kinh nghiệm/ Experience
Minimum Experience Required: Accepting fresh graduates, but with good English
Kỹ năng/ Skill
· Skilled at MS Office, Google Workspace and any ERP system (preferably Odoo, SAP or Navison)
· Possess strong communication, customer-service and interpersonal skills; courteous, polite and patient
· Excellent organization and administrative skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· English communication
