Sales Capability Assistant Manager _ MTTập Đoàn Phân Phối Hàng Tiêu Dùng Marico South East Asia

1. Training and Development
• Build sales capability through targeted training and coaching programs, focus on sales frontline especially for PG/SR, sales supervisor.
• Develop and refresh training materials must be practical and relevant to the current situation: Best practice sharing session, learning by doing etc.....
• Lead annual training initiatives, ensuring all sessions are conducted as planned and meet set objectives.
2. Sales Excellence
• Strengthen sales performance by leading key KPI improvement initiatives such as MCP Efficiency, Induction training program for newcomers, In-store Excellence, OSA, POS, and OOS.
• Continuously monitor and analyze sales fundamental KPI to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct sales competency assessments for PG/SR to identify and develop talent ready for MT sales supervisor positions.
• Own and manage the sales incentive program for the MT and EC channels, including ad hoc initiatives and sales rewards programs.
3. Budget and Headcount Management
• Oversee and control the headcount of PG/SR, ensuring alignment with the AOP.
• Manage budget expenses effectively to stay within the AOP constraints.
• Lead the AOP budget planning, including headcount, OVH, and (T&E).
4. Sales Enablement
• Work closely with third-party partners to ensure the smooth operation of MT applications.
• New CR if needed to enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Ensure sales teams are well-equipped with necessary resources such as uniforms, SOP, The Marico Way.
• Provide ongoing support to the sales team to facilitate their success in the MT channel.
