Looking after sales activity to boast up the productivity, growing team and sales channels.
Description
Sales Strategy Development:
* Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored for the Vietnamese market, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
* Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to uncover growth and expansion opportunities.
* Lead and develop the sales team to execute plans and initiatives aimed at achieving revenue targets and increasing market share.
Distribution and Dealer Management:
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers across Vietnam.
* Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profitability and market reach.
* Offer support and guidance to distributors and dealers to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
New Business Development:
* Actively seek out new business opportunities, including projects, partnerships, and innovative sales channels.
* Work with the product development team to customize product offerings to meet the unique needs and preferences of the Vietnamese market.
Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion into new market segments or geographical areas within Vietnam
Profile
* Proven experience in sales strategy development and implementation within the commercial kitchen equipment industry, preferably in Southeast Asia.
* Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and build high-performing sales teams, with a track record of achieving revenue targets and market share objectives.
* Experience in managing distributor and dealer relationships, including negotiating pricing and terms to maximize profitability and market penetration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide effective support and guidance to distributors and dealers.
* Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including projects, partnerships, and innovative sales channels.
* Collaborative mindset, with experience working with product development teams to tailor product offerings for specific markets.
* Ability to identify and exploit opportunities for expansion into new market segments or geographical areas within Vietnam.
* Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with strong cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
* Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
