JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Engineer, the role will be driving sales and support the after sales service for the customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Technical Expertise: Utilize your in-depth understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their features, advantages, benefits to customer
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their technical needs, challenges, and objectives, and propose our products to address their need.
• Sales: Find and follow up customer throughout the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, promote our products and after sales services.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and support, and serving as a trusted advisor.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies.
• Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and reports to support sales efforts and communicate effectively with customers.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams to enhance product knowledge and ensure successful implementation and utilization.
• Service Support: After Sales support, installation, troubleshooting, Preventive Maintenance, calibration, IQOQ
• Achieve yearly sale target

REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of engineering principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and develop innovative solutions.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
OTHERS
• Working-hour: Working from Monday to Friday
• Training opportunity: from foreign Suppliers
• Off: Saturday, Sunday and Holiday Public
