Current customer care; find and tap new customers.
Send a price request (ER), make a quote & track price feedback from customers.
Develop and track templates with customers
Order reception & execution.
Propose materials based on Forecast & customer orders.
Responsible for tracking inventory, coordinating with Sales Admin to urge customers to receive inventory. Deliver out the old sample inventory before moving on to the new one.
Manage sales plans to achieve goals
Resolve and respond to complaints and information requested by customers; Assess customer satisfaction.
Track and collect debts.
Perform tasks required by superiors.
