Mô tả công việc
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively follow up service contract that expired in next months
- Follow up on sales leads for sales opportunities and cross-selling opportunities.
- Initiatives in executing outbound telesales campaigns, employing professional selling skills in their pursuit, and accurately managing and recording data generated from these efforts.
- Capturing accurate and complete information in (CRM); maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization
- Participate fully in services training sessions, meetings, skills training, and professional development classes organized by the company
- Making monthly reports of the working process
Desired Outcomes / KPIs
- Meet and exceed sales quotas assigned for responsible product lines
- Number of successful calls: 15 calls per day

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor in Engineering (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology)
- English: writing, reading and speaking basic English
- Computer skills: Ms. Office
- Experience: at least 2 years of experience in (sales, consulting,...)
- Competencies:
o One Team: Work together with fellow employees worldwide toward common goals
o Perform with Integrity: behave ethically and legally
o Pursue Innovation: put good ideas to work
o Deliver Quality: give our best, present and communicate professionally
