Mô tả công việc
Be a Forbes brand ambassador. Build and nurture a network across clients, agencies and commercial partners.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
Understand client needs and objectives to effectively identify solutions and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to address client needs and deliver innovative solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
Monitor and analyze client satisfaction and engagement metrics, proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of inquiries and requests.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance service offerings and improve the client experience.
Prepare and present reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and promoting additional products or services to existing clients.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in client relationship management or account management, preferably in a customer-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to client challenges.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of [industry/sector] trends and best practices preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
