Mô tả công việc
Objective: We are seeking a talented and motivated intern for a 6-month program with the potential for full-time employment upon completion. This intern will play a crucial role in driving innovative go-to-market initiative for the Coronary business nationwide. We are looking for someone who is eager to take on significant responsibilities and contribute to our strategic initiatives.
Scope of Work:
• Strategic Planning & Implementation of New Go-To-Market model: Be actively involved in the strategic planning and implementation of Go-Direct initiative in 9 private accounts
• Data Analysis & Support: Execute data analysis and assist in the strategic planning process alongside sales leaders, sales representatives, and marketing specialists.
• Project Leadership: Lead the project management of the Go-Direct transition with close collaboration with the Coronary sales managers, sales representatives and marketing specialist.
• Cross-functional projects: Lead corporate cross-functional projects for COR, including regulatory and customer service initiatives.
Learning Outcomes:
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of business unit strategy and its commercial/financial impact.
• Acquire knowledge of the medical device industry.
• Develop marketing planning and execution skills with a focus on critical thinking.
• Enhance commercial excellence and basic selling skills.
• Obtain basic knowledge in training and education programs and workshop processes.
• Assist the MKT team with executing campaigns and events.
• Help the Product Manager in standardizing MKT collaterals and preparing promotional presentations.
• Work and collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure the quality and timing of MKT projects.
• Develop tools/questionnaires for data collection: participant feedback and market surveys. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from customers/markets.
Internship period: 6 months (starting from September); Full-time (Students can discuss further with Hiring Manager in case they need to take some time-offs for school)
Internship allowance: 4,000,000 VND/ Month
Office location: The Hallmark - 15 Tran Bach Dang Street, Thu Thiem Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC

• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and financial principles.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent presentation and writing skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Adaptability & Independence: Ability to adjust to changes and handle uncertainties in the work environment.
• Creative Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn, retain, and understand technical information.
Responsibilities: Engage in the aforementioned tasks and other project-related duties as assigned.
