Sales Manager (Meat Processing- Food Ingredients)

• Accountable for overseeing the marketing, sales, growth, and financial performance, including profit and loss, of the designated product portfolio, industrial sector, or territory.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators to maintain optimal levels of inventory and manage debtor accounts.
• Prepare budget and profit plans for the assigned product portfolio and area, ensuring the realisation of goals together with Sales Executives.
• Ensure the consistent maintenance of relationships with the principal/supplier of the designated product portfolio, keeping them well-informed about business progress and fostering positive connections.
