Mô tả công việc
1- STRATEGIC PLANNING:
• Prepare and develop yearly, quarterly and monthly sales and marketing plan.
• Analyze the yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly sales performance and marketing, ads campaigns and give suggestions to campaigns accordingly to reach the sales targets.
• Manage to roll the plans out, team up with the operation team and other related departments to achieve the goals set.
• Take charge of regular sales reports to ensure objectives are met, enhancing productivity.
• Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and industry trends to identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
• Together with the Chefs to build up product strategies, improve food quality to satisfy customers' demand, drive the event calendar to propose regular themed events composed by limited time dishes (Halloween, Xmas, etc.), packaging and store metadata.
2- SALES & MARKKETING:
• Oversee the overall sales procedure management, business development and sales activities of the units.
• Cooperate with Head of Operation and/or Unit Managers, accurately tap customers' needs, use various sales and marketing strategies or skills to achieve sales targets.
• User Acquisition: set-up performance based-ads campaign on any channels that could provide ROI on a 3 months LTV.
• Develop relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.
• Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle customer correspondence, proposal, contract, and delegate to the team.
3- CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
• Build up and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program in conjunction with operation team.
• Provide customer intelligence in evaluating the consumer trends to meet customer expectations.
• Serve as the sales contact for customers and as a customer advocate.
4- OTHERS:
• Budgets: Provide monthly revenue forecast and department budget to the G&A team.
• Management:
Recruit, develop and retain your team.
Work with our shareholders, leaders in Vietnam in that field.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Vietnamese, fluent in English.
• Being able to work with full autonomy
• Proven experience as a sales manager in the F&B
• Good leadership, communication, selling and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
• High understanding of Food E-commerce.
• Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
