Mô tả công việc
The Role:
The role of Sales & Operations Manager is a hands-on role which requires a strong real estate sales experience and sales operations skill set. The main role of Sales & Operations Manager is to follow up and control day-to-day sales and sales operations matters. The Sales & Operations Manager shall also work closely with the London Head Office in providing the best assistance to existing clients, external sales channels and business partners in Vietnam.
Responsibilities:
• Control the after-sales services and communication with Vietnamese existing clients.
• Handle day-to-day sales matters with external sales channels such as providing related project materials and documents, in-depth information regarding product details and investment process.
• Organize and control meeting materials, internal documents and sales training materials.
• Conduct sales trainings to external sales channels.
• Control stocks and availabilities of real estate projects for Vietnam market.
• Coordinate and arrange inspection trips and related matters.
• Support in closing real estate deals and documentation processing.
• Perform other operational and administrative tasks assigned by the management team

Yêu cầu
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years' working experience in real estate sales or oversea real estate sales or immigration consultancy.
• Bachelor's degree in sales & marketing, business administration or related
• Vietnamese mother tongue, fluent in English both verbal and written communication.
• Excellent sales skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, coordination skills
• Thorough understanding of the real estate market
• Proven track record in securing new business and instructions
• Client relationship management experience
• Having sales-driven mindset and good eye for detail
• Able to work independently in hybrid office environment
• Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic, accustomed to dealing with High Net Worth individuals.
• Having international education or working background is desired but not essential
• Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is strongly desired but not essential
