Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for tasks in Planning Division, using your skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including other departments and VINFAST's partners, to create cutting-edge solutions, drive the company's success and to propel our global expansion within the automotive sector/industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the general tasks of the Planning Department
- Manage the Economic Development & Distribution part of Automobiles
- Collaborate with the Production Department on the production plan for Automobiles to meet weekly and monthly sales needs
- Coordinate and distribute vehicles to the dealer network
- Report Business activities to the Board of Directors and as necessary

Yêu cầu công việc
- Higher education or Bachelor degree
- Marketing & Sales experience in Automobiles or Motorcycles for over 5 years
- Department head or team lead positions with over 03 years of experience
- Leadership, team/department management, and effective communication skills
- Collaborative teamwork, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle high-intensity work pressure
- Demonstrated leadership spirit, willingness to take responsibility, and execute assigned tasks
- Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Experience in using SAP is preferred.
- Marketing & Sales experience in Automobiles or Motorcycles for over 5 years
- Department head or team lead positions with over 03 years of experience
