Drive
business development for the company's cross-border logistics market in Vietnam, and deliver professional air & sea logistics solutions to e-commerce platform clients.
Leverage industry knowledge and market insights to identify and engage potential customers through multiple channels, building and maintaining strong client relationships while understanding their needs to provide high-quality services.
Coordinate internal resources and relationships to ensure a seamless sales process and foster collaboration to achieve revenue targets.
Manage key customer-related processes, including contract signing, order tracking, and resolution of unexpected issues.
Based in either the HCMC or the Hanoi office
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
1-3 years (or more) of sales experience in cross-border e-commerce, air/ocean freight logistics, or international express delivery.
Industry background in e-commerce, technology, logistics, shipping, mailing, and/or fulfillment is required.
Familiarity with 3PLs, e-commerce marketplaces, ERPs, Shopify, omnichannel operations, or corporate contacts is a plus.
Experience engaging with cross-border e-commerce sellers or platforms; existing customer resources are advantageous.
Strong sales negotiation, problem-solving, and bilingual communication skills in Vietnamese & English.
