Mô tả công việc
- Manage and develop the territory to achieve sales, coverage, and market share targets.
- Ensure the sales system is maintained and utilized effectively.
- Build and develop customer relationships in the assigned market.
- Implement all promotional and display programs according to company regulations to achieve set goals.
- Responsible for training, performance management, and enforcement of internal regulations for Sales Representatives.
- Create weekly market visit schedules and conduct visits to supervise, manage the market, customers, and train employees.
- Motivate marketing staff to achieve sales targets, product structure, and product display.
- Monitor the implementation of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and promotional programs.
- Ensure the sales system is maintained and utilized effectively.

Yêu cầu
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing/supervising sales in MT channel within FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proven leadership, management, and people development abilities, Strong teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute sales forecasts and plans.
- Proficient in Vietnamese and able to communicate effectively in English.

Working Location: Cover all district in HCM City (No need to come to the office)
Basic salary: 20,000,000 - 25,000,000 VND gross + attractive commission
