Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to support our commercial activities and ensure seamless coordination between customers, sales, pricing, and operations teams.
The successful candidate will serve as a key support resource for the Sales team, handling pricing requests, preparing quotations and proposals, coordinating operational requirements, maintaining customer communications, and supporting
business development initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and competitive logistics solutions, smooth shipment execution, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide backup support for assigned customer accounts during the maternity leave period.
• Handle pricing requests, prepare quotations, and coordinate logistics solutions with carriers, agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Support inside sales activities, including customer follow-up, CRM maintenance, and sales administration.
• Coordinate and monitor operational activities for local sales shipments to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with RFQs, tenders, customer proposals, and other commercial projects as required.
• Liaise with customers, overseas offices, vendors, and internal departments to support business opportunities and ongoing shipments.
• Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and support other ad-hoc commercial and operational activities assigned by management.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping.
• Age: Preferably between 25-40 years old.
• Strong knowledge of ocean freight, air freight operations, pricing, customer service processes and international logistics operations.
• Good commercial awareness and customer-oriented mindset.
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM, CargoWise systems are preferred.
• Good candidates who can start immediately will be given priority.

Contract Period
This position is offered on a one-year fixed-term contract, commencing in August/September 2026 and ending in September/October 2027, including the probation period.
This position may be extended and/or converted into a Pricing Executive role, depending on business needs and the operational requirements of the office.
